I was a chef in a great restaurant in NYC. And then I left to try my own ''Negocio'' in Merida Mexico It all went well, but being an outsider in a new city is not easy....
You know some people and make some new friends but to open your own way is difficult and worst of all you have to deal with corruption.
Which ended up closing my dream.... LOL
But I'm not bitter...got over it, lost a lot of money " for me it was a lot". $$$$$K
Came back to NYC and started all over again.
